Public Scandal
This is a scandal underwear piece in which we was set the task to put a scandal on a item of clothing. In this case the scandal would be the photos of the royalty being cruel published by a firm in America.overall, i wasn't that pleased as it looks rushed if i was to do it again i would possibly try to make it look more professional by spending more time and putting the scandal on a t-shirt as, it is rather a small area to emphasis a public upheaval.
Cinematography Lesson
These are basically the shots that i too within a lesson in media. The mise-en-scene has no effect in these shots as we was just trying to get the shots in cinematography.if there is any shots i could have done please comment.

Uses and Gratifications Theory
Brief description - This theory states that we choose to follow and like a piece of media down to personal preference. This may be because of the group we hang around with and that the media choose to follow relates to the individuals personality, demographics and physcographics.Stage 1 of creating this theory was in 1944 by Herta Herzog.

Hypodermic needle theory
Brief description- the hypodermic needle theory is the idea that the audience that a piece of media is aimed at, become naive and that the message portrayed to us is in turn the message that the author/creator wants us to think. This therefore, suggests that we are injected by a message that has been mediated to manipulate us to do things. The theory had contributions from Katz and lazarfield and was produced in the 1930's.Media use the message to try and make sales which will boost revenue.
It is argued that this theory is off no reverence in today's society as, we choose to follow and like something down to personal preference, groups in society, socialgraphics and physcographics.

Other editing shots
There are some more videos visable on a yotube be under teamedia as the publisher which is a school accoumt and this will describe some other key editing techiques used within a filming industry of films or music videos or adverts.
Cross cut
The brief was set by our teacher, to make a video which used a editing tecnique. We had to do this without using any programming device. So, basically we had to use a flip camera making the shots in chronological order as it would be played just by putting the device in the computer.
We had the task of making a cross cut editing technique and this was the cross cut or rather reffered to as the parallel technique.A cross cut is used in media platforms such as films to show two characters for example doing different things but fowarding to the same narrative. For example a phone conversation taking place in different areas or a date which might be seen in a romcom of two people getting dressed to meet eachother after the sequence of shots has occured.
This is one of many editing techniques.

Description of video
The clip below is my summer in a minute this was created on iMovie via my ipad and the images are just sourced images.i have used a background track for the use of entertainment so, that i would be more interesting to spectate. The task was set by the media department over the summer to display what current skills we have in media. The clip was presented to my class on the first lesson back in the summer and a group discussion took place. Please feel free to comment on the clip.
Sound
In media we have only viewed minimally some of the sound aspects used in media platforms such as diegetic and non-diegetic sounds.A brief explanation of both would be that diegetic sounds are what match what is happening on the scene to an extent. So, a good example would have to be the characters speech as the lip movement is visible. Therefore, non-diegetic sound briefly would be the sounds that are not visible in the the screen, so an example of this could be music in in a film.Another sound characteristic of films is the emphasis of sounds in a film, so an example of this would have to be a punch in a film can be emphasised by editing sounds like breaking a celery stick.
There, is also some other sounds which we are yet to discuss and this includes voice-overs etc.

Mise-en-scene
Mise-en-scene.A brief definition of this function would have to be that it is a function describing what is in the shot.THerefore, this shot would be describing the lighting, the props, the costume etc.this Mise-en-scene can be used to make inter textual references to other films more defined as well as the use of this function being to entertain.
Cinematography
Cinematography is a function used in media to determine what shot has been used. This can range from the angle, this displayed way it has been shown, I.e a birds eye or worms eye and what the shot behold. For example if its is a shot displaying a feature on face very clearly and focusing upon no other aspect upon the person it would deemed upon as a extreme close-up shot.I will post some images from the my gangnam style presentation defining what I would clarify each shot as.
